Billing Team Leader

Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development. 

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Billing Team Leader.

• Lead, organize and develop the Billing team, ensuring effective workload planning, performance management and employee growth.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely posting of supplier invoices.
• Supervise sales invoicing processes, including invoice issuance, verification, corrections and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting and internal policies across all billing operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and operational excellence projects, including ERP implementations.
• Monitor KPIs, operational risks and team performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in close cooperation with Finance, Accounting and other stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth billing operations.

• Experience in an operations, finance, or accounting environment.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate workloads in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with the eNova ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
