We are looking for an
Internal IT Administrator to join our IT team and take responsibility for the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of our internal IT infrastructure. 

You will work closely with the internal IT team (IT Administrators, IT Support Specialists, and a Security Engineer), helping ensure that our infrastructure and IT services remain stable, secure, and reliable for employees across the organization. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Active Directory, SCCM, backup infrastructure, RDS, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server/DFS, and related services.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, policies, and identity-related services.
  • Administer SCCM with a focus on software deployment, OS imaging, and patch management.
  • Manage and monitor backup solutions, including Veeam and Synology NAS, and ensure data can be successfully recovered.
  • Administer and maintain Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including device onboarding and security policy configuration.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows Autopatch, and other endpoint management solutions.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Hyper-V, physical servers, storage, and server hardware.
  • Support VPN, DirectAccess/Always On VPN, NPS, 802.1X, and other core network services.
  • Diagnose infrastructure incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security and proactively address potential issues.
  • Maintain web hosting, domains, and public DNS.
  • Use PowerShell to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to IT infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Security Engineer on infrastructure security, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
  • Support the maintenance and operation of the company's server room and related infrastructure. 

What makes you a great fit:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory / ADDS.
  • Practical experience with SCCM, particularly software deployment, imaging, and patch management.
  • Experience with backup solutions, preferably Veeam and/or Synology.
  • Experience administering RDS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, NPS, and 802.1X. Experience with virtualization, preferably Hyper-V.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Experience with ADFS and ADCS/PKI.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows Autopatch, or Windows 365.
  • Experience with enterprise storage and physical server infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of web hosting and public DNS.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as GLPI.
  • Experience with PowerShell automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. 
  • Polish language at C1+ level, English at B2+ level.
  • Openess to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office.

  • Tools & automation: PowerShell, GLPI
